Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the Terms) govern your access to and use of the Zentry Predict website, mobile applications, prediction tools, community features, VIP services, coin shop, and related services (together, the Platform).

By creating an account, purchasing a product, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and be legally permitted to use prediction-related services in your location. You are responsible for checking and following local law.

Zentry provides sports information, analysis, and workflow tools. We do not guarantee outcomes, profits, odds, availability, or the accuracy of any prediction. Past performance is not a promise of future results. Never risk money you cannot afford to lose, and seek help if betting stops being recreational.

• Provide accurate, current information and keep it updated.
• Keep your credentials confidential and do not sell, share, or transfer your account.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized use.
• We may require email verification or other reasonable security checks.
• We may refuse registration, reclaim usernames, or suspend accounts that impersonate others, create risk, or violate these Terms.

Fixtures, odds, statistics, booking codes, and other sports data may come from third parties and can be delayed, changed, incomplete, or incorrect. You should verify all selections, odds, market rules, and event details directly with the relevant operator before acting.

The Platform may link to or interoperate with payment providers, identity providers, sportsbooks, and other external services. Zentry does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, decisions, balances, wagers, payouts, security, or terms. A booking code does not place a bet and does not guarantee that a sportsbook will accept a selection.

Prices, included features, billing periods, and any applicable taxes are shown before purchase. Digital coins and access entitlements are limited, personal licenses for Platform features; they are not money, deposits, investments, cryptocurrency, or redeemable for cash unless we expressly state otherwise.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase, completed digital purchases are non-refundable once delivered or used. We may correct balances affected by errors, reversals, chargebacks, fraud, or unauthorized transactions after reasonable review.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Zentry a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, format, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, promote, and improve the Platform. This license ends when the content is deleted, except for cached copies, legal retention, or content already shared by others.

Do not post content that is unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, hateful, sexually exploitative, privacy-invasive, infringing, spam, malware, or misleading. Do not manipulate engagement, impersonate others, advertise unauthorized services, or present predictions as guaranteed outcomes. We may remove content or restrict participation to protect the community.

You may not bypass security or access controls; scrape or automate access without permission; reverse engineer the Platform except where law permits; interfere with service operation; probe vulnerabilities; use another person’s account; launder money or commit fraud; misuse payment disputes; infringe intellectual property; or use the Platform in violation of law. You may not use Zentry data, output, branding, or interfaces to build a competing dataset or service without written permission.

The Platform, including its software, design, branding, compilations, and original content, is owned by Zentry or its licensors and protected by applicable law. Subject to these Terms, we give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for your personal, lawful use. No other rights are granted.

We may add, change, pause, or discontinue features and may perform maintenance without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, non-payment, risk prevention, or a breach of these Terms.

You may stop using the Platform at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, and liability limits—will continue to apply.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zentry and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits or data; betting losses; or harm caused by third-party services. Our total liability arising from the Platform will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid Zentry in the six months before the claim or the minimum amount that applicable law requires. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may revise these Terms as the Platform or legal requirements change. The updated version applies from the date shown above. If a material change requires notice or consent under applicable law, we will provide it through an appropriate channel.

Before starting a formal claim, you and Zentry agree to try in good faith to resolve the issue through the support channel available in the Platform. These Terms are governed by the laws that apply to the Zentry entity providing the Platform, without overriding mandatory consumer protections in your location.

If one provision is unenforceable, the others remain effective. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a reorganization or business transfer. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement about your use of the Platform.
